At MBE, we are seeking a Service & Product Manager, reporting to the Marketing & Product Senior Manager. This role is designed for a professional with a strong propensity for digital and technology-enabled solutions.

Your primary focus will be the development, localization, and performance of Shipping & Fulfillment solutions and Digital products for the Italian market, ensuring their effective adoption as a business leverage towards Country objectives and sustainable growth.

You will have end-to-end ownership of product performance, from strategy definition to execution, adoption and continuous optimization across the MBE network and end customers.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead product development and localization for the Italian market, ensuring alignment between global product roadmap, Marketing, Sales and IT strategies to maximize local impact.
  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution, coordinating product launches, rollouts and adoption plans to achieve budget targets and accelerate penetration across MBE Centers and end customers.
  • Drive product adoption and performance, monitoring KPIs, sales results and usage metrics, and translating insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
  • Act as product evangelist, delivering training, advanced support and enablement programs to retail managers, franchisees and entrepreneurs to improve sales effectiveness and operational performance.
  • Manage cross-functional and external stakeholders, working closely with Global teams, Sales, Marketing, IT, Learning & Development and external partners to ensure seamless execution and continuous alignment.
  • Ensure accountability on product targets, monitoring performance versus Country objectives and driving corrective actions to guarantee sustainable growth and results
  • Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis, dashboards and business cases related to product evolution and investments.
  • Manage and develop a dedicated resource focused on inside sales and franchisee support within the shipping sector.

Skills and qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration or similar fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management roles, preferably in digital, retail, franchising or service-based environments.
  • Previous exposure to Sales or field-facing roles (e.g. retail, franchise network, B2B sales) will be considered a plus.
  • Proven experience in go-to-market execution, product launches and adoption acceleration.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to monitor KPIs, interpret performance data and drive decisions based on insights.
  • Solid project management skills and ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and training skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and network partners.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
