The Revenue & Pricing Manager is responsible to define the suggested pricing list and strategy for MBE Products & Services (both for Packing, Shipping & Logistics and Print & Marketing area) while ensuring MBE Network and Corporate profitability and marginality with a specific focus on MBE Directly Operated Countries: Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Poland, the UK & Ireland and Portugal. The Revenue & Pricing Manager will report to the Product & Revenue Director.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Define Suggested Pricing Policies for the MBE Network to support marginality goals for both MBE Entrepreneurs and Corporate P&L, by assessing data from a variety of sources and using it to derive insights into pricing strategies and market trends;
● Define MBE Price List for those Products & Services that MBE Corporate offers to MBE Network, from Market/Competition analysis to Business Case creation, launch and monitoring;
● Perform Revenues and Margins analysis related to the profitability of both Packing, Shipping & Logistics and Print & Marketing businesses;
● Support Product Development strategy working side by side with Product Managers on market Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning in order to support new products launch;
● Perform market analysis to assess the competition, industry trends and best practices coming from both the market and the MBE Network: analyze competitor pricing, assess market share and margins, and track customer engagement in order to gain a complete picture of effective pricing strategies for company’s offerings;
● Clearly articulate Pricing Strategy information and messaging to internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution across franchisees and HQ teams in all the Directly Operated Countries;
● Lead cross-functional requirements related to Pricing enhancement and evolution to ensure the perfect implementation for the Network through MBE Information Technology platforms;
● Develop, execute, test, monitor, analyze, and optimize all aspects of Pricing Management.
Skills and Qualifications
● At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position with a clear track record in Pricing Management in an international environment;
● Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration;
● Exceptional understanding of data and performance/operation metrics: ability to critically analyze data and build solutions on selected insights;
● Advanced to expert user of Excel;
● Strategic thinking & Business acumen - understanding markets, trends and competition;
● Exceptional project management skills: able to work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality and timely results;
● People-driven attitude and team orientation with ability to nurture team spirit;
● Innovation attitude: thinking out of the box introducing new solutions and new processes to enable our employed partners/franchisees/customers to become more productive;
● Being able to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong mutually-beneficial relationships;
● Great communication and presentation skills;
● Excellent mastery of written and spoken English.
