The Revenue & Pricing Analyst will play a key role by providing analytical and operational support in revenue optimization, pricing strategy, and profitability analysis. This role is essential for driving data-based decisions and delivering insights that enhance the revenue and pricing functions within the Fortidia family of brands.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting: analyze and assess data from multiple sources performing revenue & margin analyses across all Group products and services (Packing, Shipping & Logistics, and Marketing & Print) always looking for areas for improvement.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: track industry trends, competitor pricing strategies, and final customer behavior, as a lever to review pricing activities and policies.
- Pricing Activity: support in defining and managing a harmonious pricing strategy optimizing the price lists and suggested pricing policies, both for the traditional location-based Network and the e-commerce solutions, with the goal to support marginality for both our Entrepreneurs and Corporate P&L.
- Product Analysis: support the product development strategy working side by side with product managers on market segmentations, targeting and positioning, creating dedicated business cases, to support new products launch.
- Customer Base Monitoring: perform in-depth customers’ analyses, CRM based, across the entire Group perimeter to verify the pursuit of the network target of growth.
- Data Management and System Support: Collaborate with IT and Business Intelligence to ensure data integrity within pricing and revenue systems, supporting the implementation and testing of updates or new tools as required.
Skills and experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years in similar position / environment with proven ability of understanding of revenue management, pricing analysis, and profitability metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in excel/google sheet and familiarity with business intelligence tools (mainly Qlik, Power BI) to analyze and visualize data.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and competitive analysis to support pricing decisions and revenue optimization.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and analysis.
- Previous experience in revenue management, business analysis, or pricing analysis in a corporate setting is a plus.
- Prior exposure to international business environments or multi-country operations is a plus.
