At MBE we are seeking an innovative and collaborative professional to join our Network Development and Sales team in Milan. As a CRM Operations Specialist, you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and BI teams to develop repeatable and scalable processes that directly impact our revenue and time-to-market. You will be responsible for ensuring successful and on-time execution of the lead management process and other marketing campaigns by providing feedback on optimization and conversion opportunities.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a closed-loop lead management process, to do so you will act as a subject matter expert, coordinating the process and training colleagues on how to manage all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification, and management. You will also be responsible for improving customer satisfaction by nurturing prospects and disseminating qualified leads to appropriate sales teams and help them define Data Profile/Fields for Leads and Prospects, and Customers.

 

Additional responsibilities of this position include

 

● Ensure that the sales team is responding to, qualifying, and tracking Inbound Leads and Requests.

● Managing lists for Outbound Campaign Management and coordinating mailing logistics.

● Oversee the lead qualification, tracking and dissemination process.

● Manage the strategic relationship with the Telemarketing agency to coordinate all the telemarketing campaigns (liaising with internal departments and with the MBE Network).

● Evaluate, capture, and optimize leads in order to build ad-hoc strategy.

● Support CRM/Marketing Automation Technology.

● Managing contact information and reference lists and maintaining database integrity.

● Be involved in marketing campaign planning to properly architect solutions.

● Track campaign success, report sales revenue standings and communicate status updates.

● Implement processes that promote efficiency, accuracy in the customer acquisition strategy.

● Perform reviews and QA to ensure quality standards are met.

● Educate the sales team on the value of the CRM strategy

● Shadow and partner with sales account with a goal of supporting their monthly and annual revenue targets

● Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs

 

Requirements

 

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Management Engineering.

● 2-3 years’ experience working in a B2B environment in Marketing, CRM or Operations roles.

● Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

● Strong organization and analytical skills.

● Familiarity with CRM systems – Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

● Strong customer service and effective written, verbal communication, and presentation skills

● Excellent interpersonal skills that build trust and instill confidence in order to motivate and influence others

● Strong problem solving and resolution skills.

● Ability to effectively balance multiple and concurrent tasks

● Willingness to work with multiple stakeholders to foster positive business relationships

● Fluent in Italian and English.

● Eligible to work in Italy/EU without sponsorship.
