IT Quality Control Specialist

Working closely with the other members of the international team, the IT Quality Control Specialist, reporting to the Quality Control Manager, will be responsible for :

Main tasks and responsibilities

• To conduct various tests and analyses throughout the software development lifecycle including system tests and regression tests.
• To track all the releases and give weekly updates to the stakeholders.
• To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software products meet customer expectations and requirements.
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any defects or issues in the software products.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality and efficiency of the software development process.
• Monitor and report on quality control metrics to track the progress of the software development lifecycle.

Skills and experiences

• 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Good functional analysis experience
• Knowledge of Vue.js, RESTful API + Json and Soap API,  SQL, Kibana (appreciated)
• Knowledge of micro-services based infrastructure
• Excellent mastery of written and spoken English
• Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently
• Structured approach, process oriented, multi-tasking and ability to prioritize
• Willing to learn showing enthusiasm for technology with a proactive attitude
• Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to interact professionally in a multi-cultural environment and great team work attitude
